We have capacity for both large and small parts we are capable of parts of up to 4 1/2 inches through the spindles of our machines.
Our single spindles have capacities of up to 1 1/2 inches and our multiples have capacities of up to 3 1/2 inches.
In addition we have complete secondary machining.
Our secondary operations include the hobbing of splines, gear teeth or special serrations as well as the drilling and tapping of special hole patterns and/or milling of specialized features.
We also broach parts and do both centerless and center grinding.
We do centerless up to 3.5 inches and can do center grinding of large diameter shafts as well.
